How we handle your data.

Traick is built for a regulated clinical environment. Here’s what that means in practice today, including where we’re still not finished.

Certification statusIn progress

Traick does not yet hold a formal security or regulatory certification, for example ISO 27001 or SOC 2. We’re not going to publish a compliance badge we can’t stand behind, and this section will be updated the moment that changes. If a specific certification is a hard requirement for your institution, say so on a call. We’ll be direct about exactly where we stand.

The company is not the product: Datasurgery, which builds Traick, holds its own ISO certificates, listed on Research & Evidence. They cover the company’s management systems, not a certification of Traick itself.

What’s already in place, category by category.

01Patient data

  • Patient data is never processed in an identifiable form. Full legal detail lives in our Privacy Policy and KVKK / GDPR notice.
  • Case data shown in this site’s own product demos and screenshots is fabricated for illustration, never drawn from a real patient.

02Governance & audit trails

  • Designed with audit trails and institutional governance needs in mind from day one.
  • Every score review, edit and sign-off is attributable to the reviewing clinician.

03Infrastructure security

  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Hosting provider and region to be named here once finalized.
  • Access to production infrastructure limited to authorized personnel.

04Access & authentication

  • Single sign-on (SSO) support for institutional accounts.
  • Role-based access separating radiologist and administrator permissions.

05Integration & data flow

  • Designed to sit inside the existing reading workflow (Acquisition → Viewer / PACS → Traick → Report), not to replace it or reroute data through an unrelated system.
  • Specific PACS/RIS integration list: kept general until confirmed, discussed directly on a demo call.
Security FAQ

Questions worth answering up front.

  • Traick is currently in clinical validation and does not yet hold formal regulatory certification. We’d rather say that plainly than overstate where we are. This page will be updated the moment that status changes.

  • This depends on your institution’s requirements and infrastructure. It’s best confirmed directly on a demo call rather than answered generically here.
